Magic Carpet Fun Day - Please Donate!

I've given a fair bit of publicity on this site to fundraising campaigns for artistic endeavours - examples including the Kickstarter campaign for The Boy Who Kicked Pigs and the various Butterscotch Sundays held in Exeter. Today I'd like to turn your attention to the work of Magic Carpet and their plans for an Arts & Music Fun Day.
Magic Carpet, Project Promoter
Magic Carpet is a charity based in Exeter which helps to bring out the best in vulnerable local people through a variety of creative arts projects. Over the last 30 years, they have run workshops and activities which have boosted people's confidence, allowing them to learn new skills and discover talents they never knew they had. My sister Hannah (she of Butterscotch Sunday fame) currently works for Magic Carpet, and is as such one of the big figures behind this upcoming event.
Following a successful evening of music at Mama Stones (see above), Magic Carpet are now planning a big Arts & Music Fun Day in Belmont Park on Saturday 12th July between 11am and 4pm. You can read the full details of what's being planned on their Spacehive profile here. The lineup looks fantastic, but they still need to raise around half the money over the next two weeks to ensure that the event can go ahead.

If you're able to donate any amount at all towards the Fun Day, please give via Spacehive here. You can stay updating with all of Magic Carpet's great work by liking them on Facebook here or following them on Twitter @EX1MagicCarpet. Thank you.
